It was the open hearts and kindness of the Cambodian people. Their eyes were so warm, inviting and friendly. The Children living in make-shift homes next to the bamboo railway were some of the most joyous little ones eager to take you by the hand to show and tell what they proudly do in their village. I was handed a beautiful gift of a hand-made grasshopper made from a long strand of grass. From the brick oven kilns… to the wild ride of the bamboo train, I am grateful for meeting such wonderful people along the way.
